I learned about the pallets and what they do and I learned about the way they organized the packages.

I learnt that there is a shortage of workers and it would be very helpful if they had more helpers. It makes sense because since they do a lot of the stuff manually, it could really help them to sort everything, get everything off the trucks, etc.

Cargo items always come on pellets which makes loading and unloading more efficient.
Robots and machines bring cargo items to human from shelves while a human loads cargo into truck.
Paint UPC codes on some boxes so workers can see them more clearly for scanning, helping efficiency.

Q: How do you take the boxes off of the top shelves?
A: We use forklifts.
Q: How do you prevent package theft?
A: There are cameras everywhere inside the warehouse.

A: Labor issues

A: The warehouse is small, and addition to that we use UPC codes.
Q: What’s a helpful thing you need?
A: I’d say primarily the things we need are more staff and more space as well.
Q : How to track all boxes delivered successfully from sender to receiver?
A : Counts boxes and if some are missing, receiver sends email to sender and sender would have to track where boxes went

A : Has UPC codes on all boxes and if you scan it, it tells what is inside box
Q : How long does it take to load and unload a truck?
A : Depends on how large cargo and truck is, but the max is 2 days

A : Human labor issues

A : Put it in the isles (this problem has happened before)
